Gym Classes & Run Club
The Sweat Room
The Sweat Room is the heart of training at Gymshark Regent St. A purpose-built and fully equipped workout studio, it offers 50+ completely free classes every week led by experienced Gymshark Pros.
Premium changing rooms and lockers are free to use, so you can drop in before work, train on your lunch break, or head straight out after your session.
Our Signature Sweat Classes:
Strength
A 50-minute PowerBuilding session blending powerlifting and bodybuilding. Expect a focus on the ‘big three’ compound lifts – squat, bench, and deadlifts, with progressive programming that pays homage to Gymshark’s lifting roots.
Conditioning
Mobility
A 45-minute rest and recovery-focused class aimed at improving joint mobility and muscle flexibility. Often scheduled for midday, it’s a popular lunch-break reset for anyone working locally.
Sweat Masterclasses
Alongside the weekly timetable, Gymshark Regent.St also hosts specialist Sweat Masterclasses, offering something a little deeper for those looking to develop new skills or explore different training styles:
Calisthenics – 45 minutes of bodyweight strength, core conditioning, and skill development, including
pull-ups, dips, and press-ups.
Advanced Functional Fitness – a 60-minute high-skill session combining Olympic lifting, gymnastics, and aerobic work for experienced trainers.

Gymshark Run Club: London
If you haven't already heard, Gymshark LDN is now home to one of the latest running groups in London, with routes starting from our run flagship Regent St, and Stratford stores.
Every Tuesday, from 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm, we complete a 5k run, with multiple pacers to help keep you on track or push you that little bit further.
Train for your next race, aim to hit a PB, or just turn up for a social run around London with other members of the Gymshark Family. You in?

Is Gymshark London Accessible?
Yes! We have two entrances to the Gymshark London Store, both of which are accessible.
Main Store Entrance: Regent St.
Bookings Entrance: New Burlington St.
Unfortunately, our main exit via Oxford Street is not accessible, so please use either of the entrance doors when leaving the store.
How Do I Book A Workout At The Gymshark London Store?
To attend a Sweat Class, Masterclass, or Run Club at the Gymshark London Store, you just need to book via Eventbrite
Which Entrance To The Gymshark London Store Do I Use?
You'll notice a few doors to the Gymshark London Store... here's how to know which one to walk through:
Main Entrance: Regent St. (for shopping/access to The Hub, and juices).
Bookings Entrance: New Burlington St. (for those who have booked onto a workout session).
Are There Changing/Shower Facilities At The Gymshark London Store?
The Gymshark London Store has a number of changing rooms for you to try before you buy!
If you attend a workout class, you'll also have access to our gender neutral Locker Room adjoining the Sweat Room. Here you'll find lockers, showers, towels and changing facilities.
How Early Should I Arrive Before My Workout?
Please arrive to the bookings entrance via New Burlington St. 15 mins before the class start time. If you're running late, unfortunately, your spot will be given to somebody else.
