When Does The Mid-Season Sale Start?
The Gymshark Mid-Season Sale launches online globally on Thursday, September 17, 2026, at:
🌍 4 pm BST (UK) and for all other international regions
🇩🇪🇳🇱 5 pm CEST for Germany and the Netherlands
🇺🇸 11 am EDT and 8 am PST for North American regions
🇦🇺 6 pm AEST, 4 pm AWST for Australian regions
Gymshark retail stores will also take part in the sale, launching when stores open on September 17. Opening times vary by location, so check your local store before visiting.
When Does The Gymshark Mid-Season Sale End?
The Mid-Season Sale ends on Monday, September 28, 2026. Online closing times are:
🌍 10 pm BST (UK) and for all other international regions
🇺🇸 10 pm PST for North American regions
🇦🇺 7 am AEST for Australian regions
The sale will end in retail stores when each location closes on September 28. Selected styles may sell out before the event ends, so don’t leave it too late.

How Long Will Shipping Take Once I've Ordered From The Sale?
Your shipping timeframe will show at the time of checkout and will be from click to delivery!
As soon as your items have been shipped, you’ll receive an email titled “Your Gymshark Order is on its way,” containing your tracking link so you can follow your order’s journey right to your hands! We know that waiting for your goods to be delivered can sometimes feel like a lifetime, but please allow up to 14 calendar days for your order to arrive before reaching out to our Customer Support Team.
FYI: tracking may take up to 48 business hours to activate once you've received your shipping confirmation email.

Returns
Can I Return Items From The Gymshark Mid Season Sale?
You betcha! All orders currently have a 30-day return period via our online returns portal, and this won't be changing for The Mid Season Sale.
We accept returns on all items, except bottles, swimwear, and underwear and those marked as FINAL SALE in our US & Canadian stores, which will not be eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges, or store credit.
