Bad quality

Bought this as a Christmas present for my brother, he has loved it but now the strap has come away from the bag at the shoulder. This is unacceptable quality for a bag worth £100 as it hasn't even lasted 6 months. When gymshark were informed they only offered £10 in compensation as it was ordered over 6 months ago, this is not good enough, expected...
