Poor quality but like layout of workout tracking
Considering the price the quality is awful, the cover is not hard back so folds in my bag, no pen holder, no elastic to keep the book closed and poor gsm. Doesn’t have any of the features that I would expect in a notebook of that price! The logs also only go for 3 months which again for the price I would expect more pages and for it to last longer.
