CRM Analyst

CRM Analyst


We are looking for a CRM analyst to work within the CRM team. You will be working closely with the CRM Planner and Execution team optimising campaign data targeting selections to drive incremental revenue, customer engagement and retention. You will be responsible for delivering insights from campaign performance - identify success, improvements and priority areas for test and learn programmes.

What you'll be doing...
  • Collaborating with the Insight team to ensure the CR team have access to relevant customer and campaign data for outbound communications, reporting and insight purposes

  • Deliver accurate, relevant and insight driven data selections and segmentations for targeting activities throughout the CRM and Marketing teams

  • Help develop a reporting structure for the CR team including the design and delivery of new reports and BI dashboards – to provide actionable insight to optimise outbound communication strategies

  • Understanding the crossover of audiences between customer facing communications to ensure a seamless customer journey across all channels

  • Work alongside the CRM planner and Head of CRM to identify new audiences, trends in behaviours, that will enable optimised communication strategies

  • Ensure CRM data is fit for purpose (GDPR/ PECR compliant) and meet the data requirements of all D2C channels – identify any data quality issues or problems that could affect communications

  • Appreciate the importance of using data & insight to drive action to meet the overall KPI’s (increased CLV, reduce churn, drive engagement)

  • Ability and willingness to learn new tools and programmes

  • Ability to work collaboratively with other team members to

    deliver immediate tasks

  • Comfortable delivering insights to non-technical/data literate teams

  • Can demonstrate strong analytical ability as well as strategic grasp of the ‘big picture’

  • The ability to thrive in a risk-taking, fast paced environment

  • Experience in using digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics

  • You are a naturally curious thinking, self-driven character with a passion for understanding customers and meeting their needs

  • Strong understanding of Email and CRM platforms

    Nice to have's...

    • Knowledge/experience in data analysis tools and technologies (i.e. Excel, VBA, SPSS, SAS)

    • University degree

    • An Ecommerce background

    • Commercially minded and has a good grasp on key business metrics
