Reporting to a middle-weight / senior creative, our creative copywriter designer must keep an eye on any changes to the media landscape that will influence concepts and make projects innovative and fresh. A professional outlook is also required to handle any copy amendments requested by the brand, and meticulous research skills will ensure all copy is accurate and factual. We are dedicated to finding the perfect candidate to join our Gymshark family, someone who can bring an exemplary level of skill and add to our culture by sharing the same values and beliefs that make us who we are – visionary.

What you’ll be doing…

  • Understanding the message the brand is seeking to express and translating this into written content
  • Writing copy to engage the consumer and evoke emotion
  • Carrying out amendments to brand specifications
  • Adhering to the tone-of-voice set by the brand / Continually develop tone of voice guidelines for the brand for all execution touch points
  • Working with the creative team to devise creative strategies
  • Generating creative ideas to build innovative campaigns

What you’ll need…

  • The ability to write and think creatively
  • Significant experience in writing strong, succinct copy that is grammatically correct
  • A flexible approach and willingness to adapt ideas to the needs of clients
  • The ability to work to strict deadlines without compromising on work quality
  • Combine a creative, innovative approach with commercial ideas
  • Self-starter with the ability to work under minimal guidance
  • Excellent interpersonal skills – being able to quickly establish effective relationships at all levels (internal & external) with gravitas and strength
  • Able to get ideas across effectively to gain relevant buy-in and support
